1. Organizer
This contest is organized by Veranda.
2. Eligibility
This contest is open to residents of Ontario aged 18 and over at the time of entry. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, representatives, and partners of Veranda, as well as individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest period
The contest begins on the date indicated in the official publication and ends on July 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET). Any entry received after this date will be rejected.
4. How to enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must complete the registration form available at:

Limit of one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize
The prize consists of an outdoor rocking chair from Veranda with an approximate value of over $500.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Veranda reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value if necessary.
6. Winner selection and draw
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place on July 1, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize claim
The winner will be announced publicly and must follow the instructions provided to claim their prize. A response period of up to 48 hours may be granted, failing which a new draw may be conducted.
8. Prize delivery
The prize will be delivered within Ontario only. Delivery will be handled by Veranda.
9. Transparency and fraud prevention
The winner will never be contacted via private message. No banking information or credit card details will ever be requested to enter or claim a prize. All official communications will take place solely through the channels identified in the contest publications or on the official website.
10. Limitation of liability
Veranda shall not be held responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues affecting the operation of the contest.
11. Protection of personal information
Personal information collected as part of this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest, in accordance with Veranda’s privacy policy.
12. Acceptance of terms
By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
13. Platform
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Veranda and not to Facebook.
