Defective product or order error :

If the product is defective or if we have made an error in your order, the product will be exchanged or repaired at our expense.

To return an item :

You may return an item for a refund under the following conditions:

• Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the item.
• The item must be unused and in new condition.
• No returns on special orders (item produced specifically for your order)
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return procedure :

• Send us an e-mail at retour@verandajardin.com, explaining the reason for the return, the order number, the item number to be returned, the type of treatment desired (exchange or refund) and your contact information.
• Wait for our return email to get your shipping label and return number. Please note that we do not reimburse the initial shipping costs incurred by the return (these costs will be deducted from the reimbursement when the credit is issued).
• When you send us your item in its original packaging, please enclose a copy of your order with the returns number that will be assigned to you.
• When we receive your return, it will take 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when your return has been processed with details of the refund. It takes approximately 7 business days for the issued credit to appear on your credit card statement.
